TMZ is reporting that Whitney Houston’s 18 year old daughter, Bobbi Kristina has been rushed to the hospital:

Whitney Houston‘s 18-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was just rushed to Cedears-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles … TMZ has learned.

According to our sources … Bobbi was taken out of the Beverly Hilton, where Whitney died yesterday, on a stretcher.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ police and fire responded to a call for a medical emergency, but would not confirm who was transported.

As TMZ first reported, Bobbi Kristina got into an angry shouting match last night with police officers outside the hotel room where her mother was found dead

In the meantime, according to TMZ,  an autopsy will be performed today or tomorrow to determine Whitney’s cause of death.

Although the cause of death is unknown, it is increasingly looking like Whitney may have fallen asleep or lapsed into unconsciousness in the bathtub and drowned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Beverly Hills cops retrieved approximately a half dozen pill bottles from Whitney’s room … including Xanax. No illicit drugs were found.

Whitney had been drinking the night before and authorities believe a combination of Xanax and alcohol could have fatally sedated her — although our sources say it is simply too early to draw any firm conclusions.

Whitney’s family released a statement to the press (Via Rolling Stone)

We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Whitney. This is an unimaginable tragedy and we will miss her terribly. We appreciate the outpouring of love and support from her fans and friends. — The Houston Family.

Geez.  I hope that Bobbi will be OK.

I just have this feeling that Whitney died of heart failure which may have caused her to pass-out and drown.  Now years of substance abuse, whether alcohol, illicit drugs, or perscription may have just caused her heart to wear itself out.  A body is only meant to take so much abuse.

Oh my, this is horrible!  I hope she wasn’t alone.

Poor girl.  I feel so sorry for.  I can’t imagine how traumatic it must have been for her last night.  I hope the family will rally around her and give her the love and support she needs to get through this difficult time.

Bobbi Kristina is going to have a tough go of it. She was, by all appearances, very much a mother’s little girl. Her dad took the stage rather than dropping everything to be with their only child at a horrific moment in that child’s life. It looks to me like she lost her mother and her best friend and someone that she’s solely dependent on.

I hope someone is around her that can have a positive influence and keep her safe.

Oh my :(   ……. I hope Bobbi is ok, I can’t even imagine what she’s going through right now.

via TMZ: Bobbi Kristina went to the hospital last night as well, but was not
transported via ambulance. We’re told she was “hysterical, exhausted and
    inconsolable.”

So two trips in what, 12 hours? I hope they watch her very, very closely for a good long while. Poor kid.

I read online that they wouldn’t let Bobbie Christina into the hotel room to see her mothers body.  I would be devastated if I was her as well. Then having to deal with all the paparazzi and rumors ect. Sounds like hell on earth to me.

The way Whitney ‘supposedly’ died, the combination of pills and alcohol, sort of reminds me of how Heath Ledger died.

Two trips to the hospital in 12 hrs, “hysterical, exhausted and inconsolable”……….. and the whole time a party downstairs full of people supposedly paying respects to her mother.

    There are no words.

I don’t think they can fix what’s ailing Bobbi Kristina at the hospital–she’s heart-broken. They can sedate her temporarily, but that’s just a mental health bandaid.

My heart breaks for Bobbi.  She’s lost her mommy, and there’s nothing worse. I’m glad she’s at the hospital where they can sedate her for a bit, get her a counselor, and then, hopefully, turn her over to Cissy to tend to her for the next few weeks.

Sounds like what pretty much happens everyday. Every single minute of every day someone’s mother, father, wife, husband, brother, or sister dies. For those who are close family members, the world stops.

For everyone else, life goes on. They continue to go to work or school, go to scheduled work or leisure events, and continue on with life. The world goes on. Sporting events, weddings, proms, Christmas parties, banquets, competitions, performances, etc. continue for everyone else.

I don’t. By definition a Christian is someone who believes Jesus to be the son of God. Whitney can believe in Jesus and God and still be a messed up person. I’m not a big believer in RELIGION, but I would say if you really believe in the teachings of Jesus, how could you say that Whitney couldn’t sing “Jesus Loves Me”. Isn’t that the point of what Jesus taught- that Jesus loves the sinners?

This isn’t really the place to get into a deep discussion on religion. My thoughts go out to Bobbi Kristina and the rest of Whitney’s family at this time.

I really hope the best for Bobbi. That’s just sad.

Poor Bobbi Kristina.  I said a prayer for her and Whitney’s family and friends today.  So sad.

    “anyone agree???????????????????”

    Nope.

Nope, and I hope I never do.

You think that Jesus wouldn’t have sung in a bar?  He hung out with prostitutes, so why would he look down on people who are in are bar?

I feel so horrible for the daughter.

Life is multi-dimensional, with angels and demons around every corner in equal measure.  The person who completely figures out this world can make a fortune telling the rest of us where to find the real answers.

Oh look. We have a Bible-thumper standing on a pedestal screaming SAY-YAYESS!” Nope. Bye-bye.

  • fuzzywuzzy

“NOT trying to preach-just saying WHAT the actual teachings STATE in the BIBLE which is like, DUH-his teachings!!”

Oh, OK.  So a person must abide by whatever is written in the Bible or they are not following the teachings of God/Jesus?

    You need to watch this:

…watched youtube video….anyone studying biblical issues realizes those were old testament laws……..but if knowledge prevails, the answer to all that is in the new testament and how those laws did not meet the requirements and were done away with…yet, basic moral values did still hold substance and not everything is still okay as long as one thinks it is…..i agree this is useless of me to continue…i remember my mother telling me not to touch the heater while hot but refused to believe her —until i made it a reality and saw the reasoning!!!`

Where does God/Jesus give his followers permission to judge others???? If I recall his first commandment was to love thy neighbor as thyself. If there is a God then Imma let him do the judging. Seems like there was also something about taking the log out of your own eye before getting the splinter out of someone else’s eye. Why do so many in the name of whatever religion they follow feel they have the RIGHT to tell others how wrong they are????

I feel sorry for her, because she is a daughter of two drug addicts and if the reports are true, she’s also a drug addict. The girl didn’t have a chance and now she is dealing with the devastating loss of the one parent that she was the closest too.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000487285329 Willis Dunlow

…ok…last statement!..THERE is a difference from judging and having DISCERNMENT…It is true God is the JUDGE of mankind and the motives of the soul….but we STILL have a responsibility of discernment  of right and wrong WITHOUT judging!..if you don’t believe that-go pick up and rattlesnake and see what happens!..I don’t JUDGE the rattlesnake-but I know its nature and DISCERN behaviour accordingly!

  • Anonymous

So go discern for yourself and leave others to discern for themselves. I see nothing wrong with Whitney singing a hymn in a bar. Perhaps someone listening would then do some self inspection or maybe they would just appreciate her talent and her bringing some beauty and love to the world in the form of music.

  • fuzzywuzzy

Ah, the ole’ cherry picking what you want to follow and what you don’t want to follow.  OK.  I figured as much.  lol  Run along now.

Oh, and BTW, some of the most immoral, unethical people I know claim to be devout Christians and some of the most moral, ethical people I know are non-believers. Sorry, but people like you give real Christians a bad name.

.wheter you believe in Christianity or not-just look at the oddity of
singing “Jesus loves me” in a bar/function few nights before that
involved drinking, sensuality, and vanity—NOT fitting of the
    “principles” of “Christianity”–

That to me is judging. You are interpreting her behavior as wrong based on the “principles of Christianity” Got news for you the bible was written by men and translated and reinterpreted over and over again.

It is always hard to accept that a person who is so wonderful in one aspect can be at the same time so messed up in other aspects. This is a sad loss of an unusual talent who was in a sad situation all around. I don’t know what got her there, and at this point it seems like none of my business. I wish people gave celebrities in trouble some room to deal with their issues.

I was reading that the first trip to the hospital for Bobbi Kristina was because she drank some alcohol to “calm” herself down and then family or friends gave her sedatives on top of that.  IF that is true all I can say is WTAF is wrong with these people?

I feel badly for Bobbi Kris, I lost my mother at 18 and that’s a rough road to begin with but couple it with the years of watching her mother spiral out of control and dealing with the press and it’s just not a good place to be in.

Whitney clearly didn’t love herself enough to get clean and sober it’s a pity she didn’t love her daughter enough either.
