Tim Urban Performs Hometown Show at Duncanville High School

Tim Urban performed at Duncanville High School in Texas Friday night (9/3) to sing the National Anthem and perform at half time to a hometown crowd.

Afterward he met and signed autographs for fans.

After the jump, Tim sings the National Anthem, “Come On Get Higher” and “Hallelujah”.

    Cool, that’s the next town over from me. For what it’s worth, the town is Duncanville, no “s”. I presume that’s where Tim attended high school since he’s from this area. He did a good job.

    Tim’s a good kid and I really hope he can turn his time on AI into something lasting. He needs a hair cut. He did good on the anthem and COGH but Hallelujah, not liking that much.

    Go Tim!! His anthem wasn’t bad. While not awe inspiring, it was done straight and appropriately for his range. Hallelujah was a bit slow for the venue, I thought.

    To Tim’s mom: you go, girl!:-). I am a home schooling mom, too. I can’t say I’m as brave as she is, lol. Taught the first 2 and now taking on my 3rd. I’ll take a listen to his performances. I may be biased against “Hallelujah,” though, because in my mind, no one can top his fellow Texan, Jason Castro, on that one.<3

    He is adorable and has a decent voice. It’s good to get whatever exposure you can after the tour has ended. Good for Tim! His Mom deserves a metal if all the kids are as nice and responsible as Tim is.
