Geez. NBC couldn’t get The Voice coaches, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine together to shoot a new promo for season 3?

Instead, NBC is recycling the Superbowl promo. But instead of a surprise appearance from Betty White we’ve got…

Well, let’s just say it’s Olympic themed. AND SUPER SUPER SCARY. When BAD plastic surgery attacks, kids, it ain’t pretty.

    They are recycling last season´s promo? That´s not a good sign.

    Okay, so with the earlier Betty White spot, I see a theme developing.  The Voice is evidently looking for has-beens on the comeback trail.  

    Really, this might improve the ratings.  Instead of looking for undiscovered talent, they could simply audition D-list celebrities and have them go through the battle rounds for an imaginary record contract.  They could call it Singing From the Stars.

    Wouldn’t you want to watch Heather Locklear (coached by Adam Levine) face Tonya Harding (coached by Cee-Lo Green) in a sing-off?  You know you would!

    Betty White isn’t a has been D-list celeb. She’s A-list all the way and still working.

    Very true about Betty White not being a D-lister. The term originates from the status one holds in Hollywood when invitations for parties, galas and the like – usally connected to PR and cameras – are sent out. After all her recent awards, popular TV show(s) and favorable press, Ms. White i more than likely a celeb with which others want to be seen!

    Poor Bruce. If Kris hadn’t lit a fire under his a** years ago (getting him on the lecture curcuit) he’d be working a day job somewhere. I honestly think the guy gets a bad rap. Anyone who is willing to ork and get out there deserves some sort of prop for making $$. He isn’t the only one in the world who got bad plastic surgery. Instead of hiding he’s front and center. Good for him.
