The Voice premiere ratings fell vs last spring –4.0 vs 4.7 in the adults 18-49 key demo. However, the ratings ARE up a skootch from last fall, which debuted with a 3.9 preliminary rating.
Since it’s going to mentioned anyway (with helpful charts and graphs, no doubt) The American Idol premiere garnered a 3.2 rating with 11.2 million viewers on January 7 2015.
The Bachelor stayed steady vs last week.

On NBC, the spring cycle premiere of The Voice earned a 4.0 adults 18-49 rating, down from 2014’s spring cycle premiere, which earned a 4.7 adults 18-49 rating.
On ABC, The Bachelor matched last week’s 2.6 adults 18-49 rating.
