Season 8 American Idol alum, Allison Iraheta, performed two new songs at the LA Music Academy after a voice clinic on June 6, 2012.

Listen to these new tracks from American Idol, Season 8, Allison Iraheta for the Skaist Tyler fashion line. The tunes include a haunting cover of Massive Attack’s “Paradise Circus” plus, “Son Of A Preacher Man, “Self Control”, “California and “You Don’t Own Me”.

Season 8 Idol alum, Allison Iraheta performed at the 2011 Microsoft World Partner Conference today in Los Angeles. She ripped though a passionate cover of Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida”-a literal duet with an electric cello.

Allison Iraheta debuted brand new material at the KIIS FM’ Idol viewing party at downtown L.A.’s Regal Cinema Wednesday night. Reality Rock’s Lyndsey Parker was there and captured the performances on video.

The new songs, “Tonight” and “Love” are a little darker and a lot more grown up than the songs on the debut, Just Like You, released after her Season 8 Idol run in 2009.
