More Thanksgiving Day goodness!

Syesha Mercado sang “One Rock and Roll Too Many” on a float at the Ikea Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia.

Justin Guarini performed too, you can watch his video HERE. He sang “Love Train”, re-recorded with the original producers, Gamble and Huff.

    She looks great, as usual. I don’t really get these parade “performance” things. Strong singers like Syesha must feel ridiculous lip-synching. I guess if she had to use one of her AI recordings then that was the best one for the occasion.

    What’s going on with her? Anyone know?

    Thanks for the Syesha and Justin videos. I enjoyed Syesha on American Idol and Justin is my all time favorite idol.

    I see that since Katharine sang live a few years back on New Year Day nobody has been crazy enough to actually try it again for a national audience live from a float in a parade. Perhaps, are technology doesn’t permit it, but I agree that the lip synching looks kind of silly.
