I didn't want to do an actual rundown of every Idol but instead focus on my own experience and what stood out to me. To carry stuff over from the other thread, thanks to those who commented and for IGetCranked who cracked up over my gopher comment, you can imagine me cracking me up as I watched the top of DC's head sticking out from the stage for a good bit before they raised the rest of him up. LOL.... Oh, something I forgot to mention was that he dedicated "My Hero" both to his brother and people affected by "massive nuisance" Fay. He seemed touched that so many people would attend the show even when we're dealing with so much other stuff down here. I really wish video would turn up of that song. (Huh, I just noticed in my recap that I meant to say that Carly's Irish accent did NOT really come across.) Thanks, elle!
