Simon Cowell Hints Demi Lovato Will Return to X Factor

Simon Cowell hinted in an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his morning KIIS radio show, that Demi Lovato will be returning as a judge to X Factor

“Nothing is official but I liked having Demi on the show. She’s fun to work with…I think we’d be crazy not to have her back.”

Simon squashed the rumor that Michael Bolton will join the panel. Simon is hoping to announce two season 3 judges within the next couple of weeks.

Simon is especially looking for groups and older people.  He also claims the Emblem3 record is “a smash.” Also, Ryan wants to be a guest host on X Factor…

    Not surprised. She’s cheap, makes a good foil for Simon, and she’s eye candy. That’s pretty much all Simon wants from females on the panel.

    I’d actually prefer Ryan over Mario. Mario just rubs me the wrong way. Good news about Demi, but not exactly surprising. Hopefully, she can brush up on her mentoring skills next season.

    I thought she did a better job at judging than Britney, Nicole and Paula, so I’m happy she’s back.

    However Simon saying he’ll announce the judging in the next weeks means like one week before the judges’ auditions. I hope Cheryl is back! Cheryl Cole is brilliant.

    Fine, re-hire her, but please dont let her use her own hair and makeup people.  I dont want to hear Demi’s nasal whine emerge from under a bleached and powdered forest again.  XFactor’s staging is hard enough on the eyes as it is, someone needs to step up and put Simon in a high-n-tight crew-neck shirt and break the news to Demi that the face she was born with is the face she’ll have to show the cameras.  No more painted lady please.
