Jesse and Katie,….different styles but both have good voices.
I just automatically love good jazz. Really impressive these musicians as
are so young. Lets give them a platform as the intro says!!
I don’t like either male that much.
Austin…nvm.
JD has some talent but his phrasing or breathing was off. I’m not a big fan of just mostly a powerhouse without the ability to control the song. He is
sort of cute though.

that’s so funny ….new fan wars!!!

It is interesting- it seems to me the majority rules here have been Taylor v. Daughtry, Cook v. Archuleta, and Adam v. the world…these last few years.. Can’t recall Jordin’s season. It WILL be fun to see how it shakes out here at MJ’s this season. But MJ is good about keeping it pretty civil.

Katie reminded me more of Kris more than Kat McPhee. She seems cute, real, kind of sweet…

I thought JB’s voice was very good, but not sure he has the “it” thing happening.

Jesse seemed kind of tuneless and meandery to me, so no Adele or Joss Stone or anything. Actually, she can be Joss Stone’s younger, less attractive sister, and Katie can be Kris’s younger, very cute sister.

Austin reminds me of someone specific, but I don’t know who. The look reminds me more of Johnny Rzeznik than Blake. Wish I could think of who the voice is reminding me of.

Because female beauty seems to be well understood, but years of Idol has taught me that just about every male gets people thudding. Sometimes, Iâ€™m like â€œReally? Really?!?!? Seriously? Okay, thenâ€. So, if I guy isnâ€™t covered in boils, Iâ€™m going to assume that he gets a few votes for â€œbringing the prettyâ€. Male beauty seems to cover a VERY wide spectrum. Discuss!

There were people who were attracted to Scott Savol.

And Kevin Covais.

Austin is the only one of those who I think should make the top 24. Katie and JB definitely not, Jesse might just get overcrowded by other girls.
