Phil Brooks made the top 60 last year, and is back this year with a new name. River St. James–I guess you could call a bgwg–would make an interesting addition to the cast. He seems to be a very dynamic singer, and I find a lot of the choices he makes in his covers surprising and engaging. I remember talk last year that he was a standout in Hollywood, so maybe Nigel was stashing him away for this year.
