Rihanna and Shakira Join Forces for “Can’t Remember to Forget You” (AUDIO)

Two pop divas join forces to release a song. Ryan Seacrest debuted “Can’t Remember to Forget You,” a new song from Rihanna and Shakira!

When it came to working together, Shakira revealed she wanted Rihanna on the song, but was nervous she’d be too busy. In an interview with Glamour, she also described working with Rihanna as “utopia.”

Shakira will be joining The Voice once again as coach when it returns to NBC on February 24.

The song is poppy with a distinct reggae flavor. What do you think?

Love it. As a sort of a fan of Shakira & not much of a fan of Rihanna it gets my seal of approval. can’t wait to buy it & groove to it. :)

Love the song. And am thrilled that this isn’t another generic dance song but has some character. I am a fan of both of their music so thrilled to see them collaborating. I am hoping they are performing this on The Voice.

If Rihanna isn’t available, they should have Tessanne sing her part.

I really like it. It has a different sound, so it’s not your typical pop song that tops the charts.

I like the collaboration, I don’t like the song and Shakira’s interpretation, Rihanna’s part is much better to me. Shakira has a distinctive tone but this kind of pop is not for her voice in MO. When she’s singing the “oh, oh” part is like yodeling with accent. I still love her Don’t Bother song.

    I don’t like it.
