Nicki Minaj Topless in French Montana “Freaks” Music Video

As Nick Minaj would say to a contestant she is about to criticize on American Idol, “Ohhhhkaaayyy.” The rapper and judge is featured in a new video by French Montana called “Freaks” and it’s pretty explicit.

How explicit? Nicki wears an open gold lame jacket with nothing more than star shaped pasties on her breasts. And the lyrics are really explicit too. I would not suggest clicking on this video if you find detailed descriptions of sex acts offensive.

Other than that, I’m kind of left speechless here.

    I don’t particularly want to see ANY of the judges topless, thankyouverymuch.  Or Seacrest ;)  But I guess I’m either jaded or unshockable, I’m admittedly not really a hiphop head but I didn’t think much except that this tune is kind of terrible and her rhymes not very impressive.

    I can forgive Nicki almost anything for that hilarious and entertaining appearance on Letterman with Robin Thicke a few years ago promoting an absolutely terrible song of his.  I remember a few of us watching it and cracking up.  But I’ve listened to this video a few times now and no redeeming features!

    When I first read this I thought there was a pasty-free version – not that I ever understand why its ok to show non-nipple breasts but its forbidden to show nipples on a boob – we all have them? its ok for guys to show them even when they have big boobs.  This is a bit shocking and I have to wonder what TPTB on Idol and Fox are thinking.  I have to think they didnt know about this although they are going to get super criticized…This is gonna be a huge controversy and does seem to be a bit attention grabbing dont you think ?  Take t hat lady gaga – youre gonna have to have a pasty on your vajayjay to beat me.  And just think about how much those Christian family organizations will flip.  Not just the big inflated boobs in the video or the raunchy lyrics but Idol is a family friendly show – kids as young as toddlers watch it…So do those impressionable pre-teens and just think of kids going online to search their favorite judge Nicki Minaj and this coming up on Google where they can click.  OH MY

    @cheese1 well Mariahs boobs were  really out in front last night.  Surprised Ryan didnt make a double entendre or say anything but I guess hes classier than Simon Cowell who had to point out Khloes nipples on one XF episode. I am a bit surprised that Idol/Fox would let her go out in such a racy outfit but it seems theyre more and more desperate for some buzz and attention of any kind…the ratings keep slipping…not only lower than shows like NCIS or Big Bang or The Bible on cable for Gds sake…but also lower than The Voice and it will be interesting to see what happens when t hey are airing simultaneously.  Its hard to think of anyone wanting to watch 4 straight days of singing competitions…and wonder if NBC is gonna pull another sabotage trick and air some Voice episodes against Idol…they can easily do that depending on the format, esp since Idol did 3 episodes in a row this week…If The Voice is doing well, they have no incentive not to do that, and I bet at least in the beginning theyre going to get some ratings by having Usher and Shakira (pregnant no less) and people wanting to see their chemistry and how they do.  Its a shame to me that t hese singing competitions cannibalized each other, but I guess after a decade it is time for TV to get with a new format.  Im a bit surprised that the variety hour hasnt come back.  Most of you are probably too young but I cant help but remember shows like Carol Burnett, Sonny & Cher, Donny & Marie fondly.  They were family shows with music and comedy.

    Are you kidding, unless there is a very g-rated version, Idol and Fox would not let her sing something like this describing sex acts…Im not even sure if it would be legal under broadcast standards

    I can’t help but laugh at the comments here. This video is pretty typical for hiphop/urban music videos. I’ve seen more music videos of Nicki that’s more explicit than this one.

    Depends on the kind of man.  Personally if I were one, it would repulse me but then again…I don’t find anything OTT attractive.  I’m a plain ol’ gal whose got subtle tastes.

    Lighten up people. Nicki is a multifaceted performer who does both risqué hip-hop and club/pop songs.

    Besides, it’s not like Mariah doesn’t flaunt her body both on Idol and in every video she’s done since Dreamlover.
