Monday Morning Mediabase Update: Apr 23-29

Most of our milestones this week appear on the HAC charts. Kelly has been dominating the top of this chart since the beginning of March and just relinquished the title this week to “We are Young”. Canadian Idol’s Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” goes top 30 in the format. Season 10’s Haley Reinhart goes top 40 on HAC with her debut single “Free”. Finally, Adam Lambert’s second single from his second album goes top 50 in the format. This gives him two singles in the top 50 on HAC.

Chris Rene’s favourite song from X-Factor and his debut single, “Young Homie” goes top 30 on Pop. Season 10 Idol winner, Scotty McCreery, goes top 50 on Country. “Water Tower Town” is his third single to chart in that format.

Ruben returns to the top 20 on the UAC chart. Casey James, Lauren Alaina, James Durbin and Rebecca Fergusen leave our charts this week.
