This is really fun, and I actually like Bad Romance done this way! Matt and the Sweet J band seem to be working together really well.

Matt is such a great talent and such a great entertainer…this was awesome! It’s a shame he’s not competing this year for the Idol crown…he’d be giving Crystal a run for her money, and some much-needed talent to this year’s competition!

That was fun! Matt certainly knows how to be an entertainer. I thought he sounded a lot better on Bad Romance than on the rest of the mashup…but nice dancing!

Wow! That drum solo was rediculous! He straight killed it. There’s only one way to sum up how I felt while watching it:ENTERTAINED. What a great entertainer he is. I would love for him to perform on the west coast. His band is also Really Good!

BTW. This medley was so much fun!

Both times I saw the Idols tour last year it was when Matt came on the stage that the show really started for me. He is so much fun to watch live. Too bad he was too nervous to be this guy on Idol.

Thanks MJ and csprof for the videos. They just make me even more anxious for my chance to see him live again. He is so talented that I believe it will happen in time.

I was lucky enough to see this live. Matt is an amazing performer. So much charisma! He was definitely born to perform. It’s like he has been performing for 30 plus years already. He reminds me of Billy Joel so much…who is also an amazing entertainer. If you haven’t seen him live yet make sure you do when he comes to a venue near you.

Will Matt ever get signed? Geez.
I feel a bit sorry for him because he has much talent to fade away.

Seriously, he sang much better than Ke$ha even without any autotune on the atutune part! Good going, boy!

Very very cool, sweet vocals; it’s hard to remember why I didn’t like him when he was on the show, but this guy needs to get signed.

That was great. I’m not a fan of ‘Bad Romance’, but with Matt singing it I really liked it. Matt really knows how to put on a show and use the stage.

“This is happening”..Ha-ha. Fun medley! I thoroughly enjoyed that. I actually wanted to hear a bit more of Tik Tok too. Love Matt G. He’s so entertaining — and his originals are fantastic (Brand New Day is my current favorite). I reeaalllyyy wish he’d book some shows here on the east coast soon. I’m waiting oh so patiently…and I hope he brings those hot new pants with him. ;-)

Wow, I’m kinda sick and tired of hearing “GaGa ooh lala”. Grr.

Despite that, this mashup is awesome and pwns Ke$ha and GaGa, and without the stupid sounds in Bad Romance, I can actually hear the lyrics (I gotta learn to not take jabs at GaGa, as much as I hate her electrocrap, she still has a good and respectable songwriter in her, and I don’t like being hateful >_>). Is YouTubing for an acoustic Lady GaGa version after this. Please tell me there is one?

Is Matt touring? I wish he would come somewhere on the Gulf Coast. I would love to see him live.
