    We need J.Lo back, stat.

Her super fans call this version of her “Boobriah”. Loves it.

  • Anonymous

    I think she looks nice

  • Pam

Wow.  Mimi really loves getting the attention where it matters most eh? Heh

  • Larc

One thing that can be said about that pose is it’s not in the least pretentious.  ;)

Nothing wrong with being proud of big boobs – what’s funny is her utter seriousness in thinking that’s a current style for a pic.  Maybe for her fans it is.  Doesn’t bode well.

  • Anonymous

    Are they real?

  • Anonymous

    You’ll have to ask her.

  • justmefornow

I’m not sure, what do you think?
Here’s 2 pics of her. Very young, at the start of her career, and years later.
(Check out the gun in her shorts, IMO more disturbing than fake boobs.)

  • No Thanks

This pictures screams “Look!  I lost all of my baby weight and I’m still hot at 40!”

  • Edward

For 18 million dollars she better feel triumphant

  • Eilonwy

Well, she is still hot at 40.

  • OffLeash

Oh Lawd! *eyeroll*  idk why but she reminds me of that Norma Desmond character in Sunset Boulevard lmao …

  • OffLeash

I’ll never miss JLo as a judge, but unlike Mariah, she at least is a real beauty and has class, at least when she isn’t on stage. ;)

  • Tinawina

I will never understand the hostility towards Mariah as a judge. 1) She can actually sing, write and produce and gave good advice when she mentored season 7 and 2) She’s got a touch of the BATSHIT CRAZY. LOL! This is like if Paula Abdul could sing. It’s the best of both worlds wrapped up in one entertaining unpredictable package. She’s even capable of going mean diva on us! Even if she turns out hate-able, she’d be fun to hate.

Put her on the panel with someone quick-witted and sarcastic, and we could have the makings of a goldmine here.

Of course the real problem is the audience IMO, but the right judges could make for a hoot of an auditions round.

But she can’t sing. JLo’s classy? Lol, her dating and marriage history kind of refute that. Marc Anthony was married with small children when JLo got involved with him.

  • OffLeash

idk anything about JLo’s private life before Idol nor do I care. I was only referring to the way they present themselves. JLo looked and dressed classy on the show when she wasn’t performing, whereas Mimi looks trashy, but it’s JMO.

All I can say about Mariah is just….yuck.

  • Reflects On Life

It’s like Mariah has never stopped rebelling against Tommy Mottola and his good-girl image for her.

”I will never understand the hostility towards Mariah as a judge”

LOL – She’s rich, beautiful, ubersuccessful, talented, has roots and ties in a genre many in the  current Idol audience like to marginalize – and she is not a guy… more specifically she’s not a WG. There – I said it (tm Bruno Mars).  She’s achieved EVERYTHING professionally a lot of Idol fans dream/wish/pray their faves could achieve – but in their heart of hearts they know they never will. Musical taste is subjective, her style like the style of plenty Idol faves isn’t everyone’s cuppah. *shrugs* She’s imo unassailable from a professional or career standpoint. She’s got the potential to be a good judge. She just ain’t white, or a guy, and unlike Ziggy she don’t play guitar – major strikes against ya in Idolville.

  • hillstreetblooz

Have you seen the latest ‘classy’ (ROLLSEYES) concert video from a certain Idol alum rumored to be in contention for a judging spot?  The one where this judging candidate is gyrating and grinding and simulating sex with a microphone stand? MIGHTY slippery slope there when debating the merits of ‘class’ among former judges, new judges, current and wannabe judges in regard to suitability in being an Idol judge…

I think I would be more okay with this picture if there was some sort of color contrast.  Instead, you get Mariah whose hair color is the same as her skin color which is the same as her dress color which is the same as the background color.  It’s so…  blah.  Then it’s skanky on top of it, but well, it’s Mariah.  What else were we really expecting?

  • hillstreetblooz

Hmmm… can we speak the truth up in here, or is it too close to the bone to handle?

  • Eilonwy

I think I would be more okay with this picture if there was some sort of color contrast.

I think the lack of contrast is to make her golden all over, like an award statuette, as a sort of sly reference to the title of the song.

Maybe I’ve been corrupted by proximity to Scottsdale, but that dress doesn’t strike me as exceptionally tacky or revealing in the context of being a pop/R&B performer. I wouldn’t personally wear it, as I strongly prefer straps over sticky tape as a means of hoisting the bodice of a gown; but since my willingness to show off shoulders and legs has increased as my workout regimen has shown results, perhaps if I had Carey’s body, I’d be abandoning my carefully engineered support garments for a roll of double-sided tape. That would certainly save some drawer space and thus allow me to buy more socks.

On second thought, I’d probably manage to trip over a bit of trailing skirt and undress myself. Not practical…

  • OffLeash

It’s because she’s the Sun Goddess in the flesh lol

  • V Jemmy

To be honest, it’s really not much different than what the girls at my high school wore to prom… actually, it’s better than some of them.  But eh, the color thing still strikes me as extremely one note.

Its the nature of the AI bubble to hate the female judges :)

Just wait until the season starts. She will be called “jealous” and other names whenever she criticizes a female contestant.
