Mine just got downloading listening to it right now.

I’m pretty excited for this album, I’m tempted to download it but I want to wait & pick up a CD tomorrow. Go Lauren!!

I don’t have i-tunes on this particular computer that I’ve been borrowing for several days so I’m going to have to wait for my copy. It’s on it’s way in the mail. I can’t wait to get it!

Received my copy tonight just finished listening to it. It is really really good you will not be disappointed. Loved The Locket, 18 inches, and I have to admit cannot get Funny Thing About love out of my head.

So her competition this week is Joe Jonas and Evanescence, i didn’t even knew the were back lol? , so anything in the top ten will be good for Lauren i guess then.

Evanescence will most likely have the #1 spot on the overall charts this week. Lauren can maybe get the #1 country album, but she’ll be competing against Scotty and Martina for that spot.

ETA: I couldn’t wait, so I went to download iTunes through MJ’s link.
I was expecting to love the upbeat songs more but even though still love She’s a Wildflower, Georgia Peaches, I think my most favorite is the slower Dirt Road Prayer. That is a really beautiful song and Lauren’s vocal is spot on.

Great job with the whole album. And Lauren is at home with both upbeat songs and slower ballads.

Aww, the Locket is so sweet. I really like the ending of that song. One of those boys is awesome too. That should be the next single after Georgia Peaches.

i love it all!! i don’t think there is one dud on the album imo, even though some are stronger than others.

im really happy with her album. scotty’s too! i actually like it more than i thought i would. i’m so happy for both of them.

Scotty had both his coronation song and his first single on his album, and of course they massively outsold all the other tracks. Lauren’s coronation song isn’t on her album and her single isn’t released yet, so it’s interesting to see the relative iTunes popularity of the different songs on her album.

I finished listening to the album and my favorite song is definitely The Locket. It’s such a beautiful song.

Downloaded it, bought the hard copy CD and gifted to friends as well. What an amazing voice. I loved Dirt Road Prayer, 18 Inches, The Locket, GP, I’m Not One of Them, Growing Her Wings, and Tupelo. Heck, I loved them all. The Locket has a beautiful story.

Oh, and I must agree with the post above about “Funny Thing About Love.” It is extremely catchy.

Lauren’s coronation song isn’t on her album

Wow, Dirt Road Prayer is the most popular song on her Itunes album so far. Also popular are 18 inches, GP, and The Locket.

Just downloaded it from Itunes – haven’t had a chance to listen. I’m heading off to work and listening to it for the 1st time – YAY! From what I’ve read so far I’m going to LOVE IT!!

I’m really glad Dirt Road Anthem is out ahead in terms of track sales. It’s Lauren’s best vocal on the album IMO and it’s a really good song.

There’s not much I like about The Middle but I’ve come around to thinking the label thinks it could be Lauren’s The Climb. Maybe they’re right.

Wildflower is #1 country album & #4 overall on Itunes. Congrats Lauren!

I listened to the album once through on my way to work. I’m sure my favorites will change but I have to say that Lauren’s debut album is solid. I like all of the songs. Stand outs for me are Dirt Road Prayer, Eighteen Inches, Growing Her Wings, The Locket and Georgia Peaches, which is a fun catchy song. However, I also really like the other songs including She’s a Wildflower and Tupelo. The only song I have skipped so far is Like My Mother Does.

The middle is the one song on the album I don’t like, I’ll be upset if they release it as a single.

I loved her voice on Idol, even though I am not a country fan at all. The samples of her album that I heard on Amazon actually really impressed me! I think this album might be a big hit if it takes off.

I bought my copy today! First time I can remember going out to get a CD the day it released but all the previews made me curious. Great album, the Locket made me cry and One of Those Boys is stuck in my head, very catchy. Dirt Road Prayer is sweet, no wonder she is getting good reviews.

Still can’t decide on my favorites. I really love She’s A Wildflower, GHW, EI,DRP, and TL which I wasn’t so sure about last night when I first heard it,oh and GP. I really love both her and Scotty’s CD especially for first time CD’s. Proud of both of the top two.

I loved most of the songs on her album – If Georgia Peaches isn’t a hit, then they didn’t promote it right!

I agree, 100% This should be spinning every hour in Georgia alone, as soon as its released to radio. Add a snappy video, and no excuses.

After listening to the entire album twice, I have to say that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this album. There is not one song that I want to skip, except for maybe LMMD since I’ve heard it so much. I really hope the word gets out just how good this album is. If it does, I think it could really have legs. I think Georgia Peaches is the right choice as a 2d single. It is very fun, catchy and radio friendly. However, right now my favorite is Dirt Road Prayer.
