So pleased to hear that the MV will be out on Monday & that his other Autumn gigs will be announced soon!!

I hope it’s good. I’m so happy it’s going to be out soon. Ya know VH1 is going to play it a lot. I have faith my in Idol voting fans, that plus it’s like number 20 on the HAC charts, seems to equal a good amount of airplay. Of course I won’t be one of the fans voting for it. I don’t vote for those things, can’t be bothered, but I have faith in the rest of the fanbase.

Except that Lizzie (Kris’s assistant) reportedly also said it would be released Monday. So we will see. That would be 21 days from the end of the shoot, which is a fairly standard turnaround tiem for videos, so it would make sense

Originally when I heard that TT was gonna be shot in the desert with the possiblity of an elephant cameo, I imagined it as a more sentimental version of Your Love Is My Drug. But the sheer awesomeness of the MV stills changed my mind (thankfully).

As for my weirdly unexpected Joseph Gordon-Levitt obsession, I’m not sure what happened: I walked into Inception excited to watch Leo and walked out afterward totally hooked on the other guy (shrugs)

Kris’ local newspaper printed the story on the Hall of Fame honor. The govenor will give out a special award to one of the new inductees.

Thanks for posting that radio interview, TwigLA. Kris says the trip overseas to see the troops is “tentative” and not a definite thing. I know the situation is fluid over there and it could be deemed too dangerous, but I hope they still get to go as it would mean so much to the troops and to KAB. I hope TPTB figure out a way to make it happen.

ETA: So I think tomorrow night Kris is supposed to be with Keith in Des Moines IA at the Iowa State Fair. I just read that there is flooding in that area and that hundreads of people were evacuated from a Des Moines neighborhood. Looks like it’s a very serious sitaution for those living in the area.

Oh let’s not be so negative Elliegrll. Think positive. Nobody’s even seen it yet. If it is a smokin’ hot as I imagine it will be, it should get some traction. I mean Kris is visually stunning and the song is good (even w/P.M.)

Given the voting history of AI fans, TT music video will end up on VH1′s Top 20 Countdown sooner ratehr than later. And if it gets a good response, VH1 will move it into a heavier rotation pretty quickly (see Adam’s video rotation, for instance)

Oh, I saw the picture last night and I did not know what Kris was giving the little girl.
I can just imagine from Kris point of view, seeing this little girl looking up to him with her hand streched.
