Kris Allen is doing a headlining show tonight at the Dixie Landin’, Blue Bayou Water Park in Baton Rouge, LA. Show was scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Central time. Opening act for this show is Aaron Kelly – no, not the kid from AI Season 9 :)

    Sometimes when there is an interview and Kris is asked on WHY he went to singing, you can see that there is a slight hesitation in his answering before he said that he feels that he has the talent to do it.

    Own it Kris, you have an incredible talent and that IT factor.

    Thanks mermichelle for posting that interview. That was really fun! Of course Kris has Keith Urban’s phone number! Haha! But Kara’s–that was a surprise (they haven’t written together have they?). That was very good advice from Jamie Foxx about it only taking 1 minute to take a picture with a fan, so do it–means so much to them/us. Glad Kris took that to heart. He’s so adorable!
