Colon radiated an endearing good-guy vibe on The Voice, which helped him win the top prize on the NBC show’s inaugural season. Here, though, the former major-label casualty barely makes a dent in snoozy soft-rock tunes co-written by Kris Allen (”Raise Your Hand”) and James Blunt (”Happy Sinner,” on which Colon calls himself an ”also-ran in the race to get to heaven”). One reprieve from Come Through For You’s yawnfest: a disarmingly specific cancer lament that somehow musicalizes the words ”head of oncology.” C

UPDATE: “Raise Your Hand” was co-written with X Factor UK’s Matt Cardle. There was speculation it would end up on his album, but obviously it didn’t. The writers are: Kris Allen, Matt Cardle and Andrew Frampton (Live Like We’re Dying)
