Love the cover. I think it’s edgy without being over the top and is totally Kim.

Like the song — catchy and has the best of her smoky voice in it.

I think she actually has a ton of potential. That cover may have been a bit of a mistake, and singing that song in that setting is a little awkward, but I really like her and her voice.

What a great cover for Kim. She was on the TV Guide Hottests Idol Contestants List. She is an attractive and sexy young lady. Congrats to her.

Seriously, I’m pretty sure they’re still friends (I think Andy follows her on twitter), and if the fandom weren’t so sensitive, DC seems to me the total type of smartass to do something like that and find it hilarious to mess with people, but alas, he’s too proper these days. Which, darn. Watching the fandom meltdown for those who wouldn’t get the humor would’ve been epic. Haha, I’m joining you, maturin!

I had the same thought. Until I saw Jim Cantiello’s hilarious mock covers though, I had no idea what Kat’s album cover looked like. So then my next thought was that I need to see Cantiello do his version of this cover.

Honestly, I think she looks pretty good, and it almost works as being edgy or whatever, but I’m never a fan of women’s crotch shots, covered or not. It’s a bit try-hard, which, let’s face it, is kinda her reputation anyway. So in that sense, does not do her any favors, and gives her haters much to mock. She could’ve done the same cover without sitting with her legs like that and it would’ve prolly looked way better. So Vanguard, fail.

When your eyes go to the couch in this picture ’cause the photoshopped person on the floor looks way less interesting, well, I think you have a problem. I am ‘Without Regrets’ in saying that there is absolutely no way I would change my profile page to that pic, even if someone paid me a truckload of cash.

My only interest in this CD is to see how many songs are devoted to David Cook. Because YOU KNOW that was a giant loss for her. He is like a unicorn amongst trolls. She’ll never find another guy like him. Unless he is fooling everyone which he may be. LIE TO ME!

Anyway, I haven’t heard her sing since Idol 2 when she was “ok” but very pageant or theme park. That was many years ago so she’s had time to improve her singing. I wish her well. The hair on the album is just weird but it’s a good photo.

Some call it art, I (along with MANY others) call it a piece of shyt. As a person who studied art in school and worked for a museum, I find nothing about that carnival, cheap airbrushed cover cool, unique or beautiful. back to the topic at hand, i would say i like the edginess in Caldwell’s cover (the hair, moody makeup and such)….she has a good voice, I hope the music can match her talent. (and I’ve never been a fan of her on Idol).

Not at all. I’m inferring that a lot of inspiration comes from break-ups and this album could have remnants of their relationship and subsequent break-up in it. It would be interesting to see if that is true in this case. That’s all.

She never could sing on AI either. She really never should have been on the show, but Simon or Randy liked her, I forget which one. She was cute and had spunk, I guess.

Simon liked her “unique voice.” My Siamese cat had a unique voice when she was in heat. It’s not always a good thing.
