In honor of the 10 anniversary of her American Idol win (yesterday! How time flies!) Kelly Clarkson sang her coronation song “A Moment Like This” by special fan request in Independence, Missouri tonight.
You could say she covered herself tonight. Ha. Ha. I’ll bet Kelly was happy when she no longer had to perform that treacle-fest. Still, she calls her win, “A super cool moment,” and she’s thankful to American Idol for helping her find a way into the industry.
“It’s crazy that it’s still on!” mused Kelly, “It’s so weird.”
“It’s crazy that y’all are here still watching me!” Aw. Happy 10 Kelly and at least 10 more!
