Kelly Clarkson – Rumored “Twilight” Track – “Did You”

Via Idolator, rumor has it Kelly Clarkson has a track on the upcoming Twilight soundtrack. (Sorry Justin Guarini, the Twilight Idol slot has been taken! Heh.)

It’s said to be a left-over track from the My December sessions, and that makes sense. The dark tone of Kelly’s much-maligned and oft-misunderstood album would match the teen vampire emo deal of the Twilight movies. The song, dark and brooding, sounds like a good match.

    This song is PERFECT for “New Moon.” Seriously! One scene in particular. I can see there are several others in the thread that know what I’m talking about. XD

    Twilight and Kelly fan here – so glad to see she may be on the next soundtrack!
    And I agree, they’re not likely to make this an AI soundtrack. Only room for one… per soundtrack anyway. Cuz I still think Adam’s Born to be Wild (a heavier re-recording) would be perfect for let’s say… Breaking Dawn.

    This song is better then most on My December. Why didn’t it make the cut? (I actually think that was the problem with MD. She didn’t chose the best song she could have.) Saying that, this song is perfect for New Moon and fits the Twilight series a great as anything could.
