     Thanks for the cap MJ! The sound mix during the choruses of the songs was terrible and I couldn’t hear Kelly all that well for most of WDKY. The room full of fistpumping on WDKY was great though and she sounded beautiful on Dark Side. Her inviting Tom Bergeron to duet with her was funny too!

    That was fun. I loved seeing the audience and judges get into it too :) Kelly’s so charming; loved her banter with Tom and her little dance she did before going to commercial break.

    I kind of love that Kelly will be on Duets. Hopefully she can promote her music on it regularly. This latest album deserves success. It’s really good.

    I just love how everytime Kelly sings one of her songs “live,” it’s always just a little different than the recording.  Playing with the melody a little, changing up the harmonies with her background singers, sometimes even changing the lyrics to mix it up a bit.  Girl’s got mad skills!!

    Gonna see her again this year w/ “The Fray.”  WooHoo!

    I remember Tom saying that Kelly was his favorite guest, like she’s part of the family.  It is obvious they connect quite well.  Great job by Kelly and she looked beautiful.

    Well, Kelly was a little feisty when she was on the show, but she didn’t show nearly the personality she does now, since she’s been able to relax into her place in the business.

    Plus, they used to field a much more experienced — and thus more comfortable — crowd on the show.

    I think it’s too much for us to expect a lot of spontaneous spark and sparkle out of teenagers undergoing the most stressful experience of their lives. Heejun can do it because he’s auditioning as an all-around entertainer more than as a singer, I’m betting, but the rest of them are struggling so hard to be “puuhr-fect” in some way or other, as Hollie says, that I don’t think they have much energy — or courage — left over to let their real personalities out on the stage. You can see by some of the backstage footage that they all *have* personalities. But exhibiting them in front of tens of millions of people, while being judged, is another matter.

    Great performance by Kelly! She looked wonderful and sounded so terrific. Loved how her bubbly personality comes out so naturally.

    kelly is just so darn cute..i can’t stand it!  ahhhh hh!!

    the cute falls out of her mouth with no notice.  i can’t get “everybody’s got a darkside” out of my head either!  didn’t think i liked it at first but it’s now stuck in my head.

    I’m glad to know I wasn’t the only one that thought the sound mix for this was really stinky.  lol  I had to turn the volume up almost as high as I could get it to hear the vid.  Kelly looked great and sounded fantastic despite all of that. 

    I hope her new show does well.
