Kelly Clarkson – All I Ever Wanted – It Finally Drops Today!

Kelly Clarkson’s highly anticipated new album, All I Ever Wanted, drops today.   It’s chock full of bright pop tunes, many destined to become radio hits.

I can’t believe the album is finally here. It feels like we’ve been waiting forever…

Kelly has several TV appearances lined up for this week:   Good Morning America, Tuesday March 11,   American Idol results show, Wednesday March 12, Live with Regis and Kelly Friday March 13, and Saturday Night Live, March 14.

    I’ve been listening to it nonstop for weeks now, but I still want to go buy it.

    Any word on when she’ll be on ellen, regis, leno, etc? According to her site, she’ll be on those soon as well.

    WHY doesn’t Kelly have so few ads on iTunes?? The only one I can find is on the pop page, and it appears 20 seconds after the page loads.

    umm…kelly singing in front of those kids felt a little awkward….but the interview was pretty awesome!

    It seems to take iTunes until sometime during the day on Tuesday each week to finish the changeover. The main page now also has a Kelly Clarkson Week button. The Pop page now also has a celebrity playlist button for Kelly and a What’s on Kelly’s iPod section at the bottom. (Both of the David’s albums are in there, along with several others Idols.) She’s also in the New and Noteworthy section on the main page and the Pop page- basically, she’s all over those pages!

    Yay for Kelly! Love the album and have been listening for weeks now!

    And those are the most quiet, well-behaved kids at a concert that I have ever seen. lol.

    Was it just me, or did Kelly’s voice sound strained towards the end of her sound check when she was doing “Since You Been Gone”? Or was it she was just trying to mix up the arrangement?

    She sounded beautiful on the acoustic version of “Because of You”.

    yay!! I can’t believe this day is finally here! It really does feel like we’ve been waiting forever for this album to drop. I downloaded my iTunes preorder last night as soon as I saw the email. Go Kelly!

    I guess I’m the only one that hasn’t checked out the album. I’m not sure what it is but there’s something that bothers me about Kelly these days. I used to really like her. I’m sure her album will do well if you all are any indication.

    Her album is on the New Releases thing on the front page next to Carrie Underwood’s Home Sweet Home, and MLWSWY has its own little ad now.

    Thanks for the Walmart SoundCheck. She’s incredible. I love that she had kids/teenagers in the room. She looks like she’s having a blast.

    I’m not a fan of pop Kelly but I want her to succeed, so, yeah – I’ll support the cause…She’s still my favorite Idol and always will be.

    Any guesses on her opening week sales? My guess is at around 350K.

    This is such a fun, energetic pop album. Hopefully, this album will bring her both great sales and lots of awards.

    350k sounds like a good guess.
    I also think it’ll end up between 300-400k.
    (Her highest opening sales number was 291k.)

    In the new Blender magazine, Ryan Tedder said he wrote “Save You” for her My December, bt they didn’t take it so he waited for her next album. He said the song was made for her voice

    I’ve been at work so I haven’t opened iTunes, but the iTunes New Releases email tells me it’s “Kelly Clarkson Week” :) so I wouldn’t worry on the promo front.
