Check out this brand new Smash promo from NBC. The new show features American Idol Season 5 runner-up, Katharine McPhee, as a young actress trying to land a role in a Broadway musical about Marilyn Monroe.
The new musical drama will premiere on Monday February 6 at 10 pm and also stars Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Jack Davenport, Megan Hilty and Angelica Houston.
I think 2012 may be the year of Katharine McPhee…
