Jordin Sparks Leaves the Hospital on The Second Anniversary of Her Debut Album

Jordan Sparks tweeted as she was released from the hospital today. She had an emergency appendectomy Wednesday night. A little scary, but she’s doing fine now:

Released from the hospital on the 2 year anniversary of my first album! Im still hurting but it’s gonna be a good day. :)

Jordin’s debut album, Jordin Sparks, released on November 20, 2007,   spawned 3 hits, “Tattoo” (peaked at #8, Billboard Hot 100), the massive “No Air” with Chris Brown (#3) and “One Step at a Time” (#17).

You go girl! Get well soon. And, congrats on that anniversary.

ETA: Good new for Jordin! She tweets: “I knew it was gonna be a good day! I just found out I’m NUMBER ONE on the Billboard Dance Chart!! Thank you guys so much! Eeeeeeee! :D ”
