Last night, the late night shows paid tribute to legendary comic, Robin Williams. Jimmy Fallon, Conan O’Brien and Seth Myers all paid loving tribute to the man. Both David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel are on hiatus this week.

Jimmy Fallon got choked up as he announced the death of Robin Williams on the Tonight Show. He began his tribute with a spot on impression of the late comic. After, Jimmy threw to Robin’s first ever appearance on the Tonight show, back in the late 70s, with Johnny Carson. It’s hilarious.

Conan O’Brien, who broke the news of Robin’s death on his TBS show Monday night, said, “Robin Williams such a funny, fantastic guy. Everybody knows that side of him. What I think a lot of people don’t know—and you’re starting to hear all these stories coming out now—is how crazily generous [he was]. He was so generous,” said Conan. “Such a nice person.”

Conan proceeded to tell a crazy sweet story about Robin gifting him with a bicycle–just to cheer him up during a tough point in his career. It worked.

Seth Meyers of Late Night kept it brief. “I worked in a video store when I was growing up and I used to take out his stand-up albums all the time and he brought me a great amount of joy. As I got older, films like Dead Poets Society and Good Will Hunting seemed to…be exactly what I was feeling at those times,” he said. Seth hopes Robin’s death will help educate the public about depression.
