Jessica Sierra on Tyra Banks – California Parole Board Denies her Emergency Transfer

Season 4′s 10th place finisher Jessica Sierra was supposed to be on her way to California to start a year long treatment program in a Pasedena facility, but the California Parole Board has denied her emergency transfer. It could take up to 45 days before the parole board makes a decision on whether she can start her recovery program in California.

She’s due back in court Thursday for a hearing to decide where Jessica will live in the meantime.

Jessica taped a Tyra Banks show before her latest arrest. She talks about her mother’s death from a drug overdose, relapsing after taping the VH1 special and some of the horrible consequences she’s experienced as an alcohol and drug abuser. She admits to selling the sex tape that’s about to be released by a well-known porn company. This is pretty sad stuff.

    What’s the date of that MYspace? It could be an old message because didn’t she put out an album right after the tour?

    I’m sorry to say this, but unless she continues to get support and finds someone who truly cares about her, all of this is for nothing. Coke & heroin addicts just keep relapsing until they’re put in jail (ala Robt Downey Jr). But she doesn’t have anything to go to earn money. She has no skills whatsoever.
