Jennifer Hudson’s Debut Album Lands at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 200

Congratulations to Jennifer Hudson!   Her debut album, Jennifer Hudson lands on this week’s Billboard Hot 200, in the #2 spot.

Jennifer’s highly-anticipated album sold 217,000 copies this week, according to Nielsen Soundscan.   Clinching the #1 spot, is T.I. whose album, Paper Trail moved 568,000 copies.

Jennifer’s new movie The Secret Life of Bees opens October 17.   She stars alongside Queen Latifa, Alicia Keys and Dakota Fanning.
