    Thanks MJ for the opportunity!

I was totally moved to tears by the heartfelt singing from the kids and talented Jennifer Hudson. How fitting for the occasion.

    Kind regards

She looks & sounds fantastic! I didn’t think the camera was going to ever show her…lol.

  • durbesque

    Were the kids lip-synching?

  • MissMyEm

I admit to tearing up.  Very touching.   The kids were fabulous as was JHud.

Does anybody else notice how much the Super Bowl is becoming one big long concert???? LOL.
Jen should strip off a layer of makeup.  But as always, she sounded great!

  • nncw

Very touching – glad to see these children experiencing something so special. Jennifer sounded great.

  • buffynut2001

Very touching but, for me, JHud oversings everything!

The tears started the moment they showed the first child.  This was simply beautiful.

    Jennifer Hudson is a gift.

Is it wrong to compare this to the Whitney Houston version?

performance was okay and generally I like J-Hud but I am officially sick of her
right now. Between the incessant weight watchers commercials, the constant promotion for Smash, the high profile guest appearances at the Superbowl and Commander in Chief Ball during the presidential Inauguration and even the promotion of her new movie “The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete” which premiered at Sundance all within the past 30 days, I’m ready for a break. I know this won’t be a popular opinion and I definitely want to hear
more from her down the line but Jennifer fatigue is setting in for me.

I thought it was good, but it needed to be much more emotional for the childrens sake. Jhud kind of made it more about her. The voice/x factor did a true dedicated performance to the children.

Would have preferred just the children.

All who know Jennifer’s life story can appreciate the sentiment of her performance with the choir.  Her nephew was the same age as some of the victims.  I would have preferred if she was amongst the children rather than out front.  Beautiful job, especially the children!

I have never liked jennifer`s voice. Feel like she is always screaming. Would have loved to hear just the children.
