I know right! He contradicted almost everything he said in the Jim C interview….Randy continues to irk me and be my least favorite judge!

Kris is a nice guy but he always looks so scruffy. He is looking tired and unbathed.

Or you could do some searches on the IRS website for forms of compensation, tax on gifts, etc. as well as what is and is not deductible for entertainment industry types. Fascinating reading … not. It makes me itch whenever the subject of taxes comes up.

This quote from a swag provider cracked me up. ‘”Why should an entertainment celebrity (pay tax) on an unsolicited gift more onerously than a corporate executive who receives a Christmas present?…Our celebrities should not be punished for their fame,” Fary said in a statement on his company’s Web site.’

Thing is corporate gifts have always been cracked down on. The limit on value was $25 before subject to tax. I don’t know if that limit has been raised at all due to inflation. One way that many companies got around it was to place advertising on the expensive gift. I remember printing or etching $1000+ crystal and then having it come back after it was gifted to have the advertising masked or attempts be made to remove it.

Kris’s expressions crack me the hell up. Especially with the cat food stuff and indeed the cat. I will also say though, he does look high to me. Just because Kris hasn’t been in the news (or on my blog) doesn’t mean he hasn’t been busy. Life goes on, even without cameras there to capture it.

No I don’t think he’s done any major gigs or events but I don’t think he’s been lazing around since he got back from AR. He’s been very busy preparing for his trip to Asia (Philippines, Malaysia & Singapore) where he & his band have lotsa gigs lined up.

Yes Kris tweeted that he & the band have been busy practising for the Asian trip – so yes I agree with MJ- just because there aren’t cameras around- doesn’t mean he is not busy!!
Love the photos of the other MJ- Michael Johns- he’s like Kris – doesn’t like shaving – so often has the 3 day growth look – but I like it though!!

More than all the people in the real world who show up awake for their jobs and their lives everyday? More than all the other artists out there who show up at events and give interviews and sound and look awake?
More than Carrie or Taylor Swift? Or is Kris the busiest musical artist or idol ever?
Just because you are working hard doesn’t mean you have an excuse to act, look and sound tired. Like I said, maybe Kris has a medical condition that makes him a special case.

Nobody was making excuses. It just made more sense that he was tired due to his work instead of some purported medical condition you are theorizing about.
