Carrie Underwood continues to dominate our concert stats clearing more than $500K in a single concert. Her total during this report is $1.257M. Not bad for three night’s work. There is a big gap to Daughtry, but I won’t be crying for him because he’s raking in over $200K a night (645K over three nights).
Jordin is bringing up the rear, but with some tickets selling for $1, it’s a little hard to compete. I think she may have to tour as an opener for a bit longer yet. It’s hard because theatres seem the natural place for her to be, but they are just a bit too big for her right now. Bars would probably not be a good fit. A current single on the radio might have helped.
