Trey Songz has the number one album with a predicted 103K in sales. Miranda Lambert stays in the top 10 with 25K in sales.
Last Fall’s Voice winner continues the trend of other Voice winners who do not take the Country route – dismal sales (Cassadee Pope managed okay-ish sales). Tessane Chin opens at 40 with an estimated 6,568. That’s the lowest debut numbers for a Voice winner who actually released an album. I guess Adam Levine will have to wait another round to find a break-out star from The Voice.

In other news, next week will be grim. HDD predicts a three way battle between Sia (debuting), Frozen (out for months) and Sam Smith (out for the last few weeks) for the number one slot with about 50K in sales. No, it is not January.
