    Nobody should worry that Jordan isn’t selling enough CDs. Her download numbers are phenomenal– and with each successful single, her CD sales will rise. She will definitely sell a million CDs eventually and i suspect she will have three or more gold singles.

    Any rumors of a Melinda CD?

    I agree things look pretty darn bleak. However, Ià ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢ve been drinking some hot plaid tea tonight (have a cold) and am hoping a second single will help out his sales. His drummer (KJ) told a fan they were playing on AI in the finale (personally, I hope ità ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s sooner than that, if true). Ià ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢m not counting Blake out yet.

    Jordin, on the other hand, is doing great. If à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…“No Airà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬  catches on (which I think it will), I believe she will sell steady.

    How would he (the drummer) know that? Anyway, it would be too little too late. Taylor was on the finale and barely made any impact on the sales. I am not sure why the label would go for second single. In McPhee’s case, her first single sold reasonably well, which BA has failed to do.

    Have to say that it is not looking to good for Blake. Like pj hoping a second single; that is if he gets one, helps out his sales.

    Good for Jordin on her singles. I’m sure No Air will do well, IMO.
    She seems to be staying steady with her sales, and should see some what of a bump after the Super Bowl apperance. I would think.

    Well, he might need to know for scheduling purposes. Or, he could be wrong, misinformed or merely hopeful. However, he’s closer to the situation than any of us, so I’m going to entertain it as a possibility.

    I am not sure why the label would go for second single.

    Perhaps the label sees potential in some of the other songs? Mr. Lewis posted on TP that a new single was coming soon. Again, the above disclaimer applies.

    The label may be putting out a half-hearted attempt at a second single with very little support like they usually do for AI runner ups.
