Jeanette Walls, gossip columnist for MSNBC  cites a Star Magazine report  that quotes an insider who says, à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…“Most of these rifts [between  Simon and Ryan]  have been outlined.à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ Ãƒâ€š   Producer Nigel Lythgoe  responds, telling  TMZ Nuh uh.  Hmm, what do you think?   Cynical me says that much of the on-camera banter is scripted or at least outlined ahead of time.
