Sam Woolf returns for Bradenton concert – This weekend brings another opportunity to see Bradenton’s resident heartthrob. He’ll be performing in concert Saturday at IMG Academy. It’s being billed as a “welcome home” concert for Woolf, but he won’t be here long. Del Couch, the founder of the Del Couch Music Foundation, where Woolf studied, said Woolf will be moving to Nashville. He’ll be rooming with Alex Preston, who finished just ahead of Woolf on “Idol,” as they start to establish their music careers. Woolf also has a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston awaiting him. He has said he plans to start classes there next fall. – Read more at Bradenton.Com

‘Shahs of Sunset’: Bravo, Ryan Seacrest Productions Drop Striking Editors – The latest twist in the Shahs of Sunset labor dispute occurred Friday, as Ryan Seacrest Productions said it could no longer work with the editors who had been picketing, and Bravo took over the production. A Bravo spokesperson said that “no decision” had been made on whether to replace the striking workers, but sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the network has decided to replace the editors. “Bravo controls the rights to Shahs of Sunset and as a result, makes all final decisions regarding production and budgetary matters,” said a Ryan Seacrest Productions spokesperson in a statement. “RSP has deferred to the network’s decision for Bravo to assume all remaining production duties on Shahs of Sunset.
