She has since embarked on a strict eating and exercise regime in a bid to regain her pre-baby body. Mariah is believed to be battling to lose the final pounds but wants to look fabulous for her role as a judge on American Idol. “Mariah’s told pals she wants to be a size 8 when Idol starts. She’s cut out salt, sugar, and oils and is focusing on portion control,” a source told UK magazine Closer. – Read more at Courier Mail

Is this the fella who was living in that online “Dreamhouse,” and later claimed to be impoverished and living on the street? Is he still represented by one of Simon Fuller’s many companies, called 19 or XIX or 1111111111111111111 or 20 – 1?

Uh-uh. When Gad says “little changes”, he means little changes.

They have to know or have an agreement so they can split up the royalties. lol

I love your rant, it should be featured in a womens’ magazine. I never get the medias’ obssession with a celebrities weight, Kellys’ kick-ass vocals’ does not depend on her weight,Mariah is a diva whether curvy or curvier still when she got pregnant and women are at their sexiest when they are pregnant.Lauren Alaina was taunted and booed in most of her Idol YT videos because of her weight. I love these women for their talent.

Yes, they do, that’s what Toby would have listed on his original filing with the label – isn’t it  a % split that was agreed upon and not detail as to who wrote which line, or bridge, or base line, etc… or am I wrong?

  • wordnerdarchie

Yes, that is the guy.  I don’t know who is representing now.

I was just thinking of budgeting concerns and the fact that the shows are similar when I said Fox may chose between Idol and X Factor.

  • elliegrll

Neither show is expensive to produce in comparison to scripted shows.  And given Fox’s track record, there is no guarantee that they’d be able to find another show that could at least get a 3.4 rating in the demo.  It’s not like Fox has a lot of shows that are in the top 40 shows for the season.

MJ, thanks so much for linking to http://alex-lambert.com, we really appreciate it! Few things to answer from other comments…Alex is getting paid it was just an oversight in crediting that was the problem. No clue how that happens, but it did and is in the process of being fixed thanks to the amazing Toby Gad. Also, I don’t want to slander the name of Scooter, Justin, or Carly, etc. We have no proof that they did anything on purpose…hopefully it was just a simple mistake. Thanks again MJ! ~ Molly (admin for Alex-Lambert.com)
