    I saw the preview of Home last Tuesday and I did not hear Home at all and I stayed until the end of credit. Thank gawd, since I did not want to hear it.

    By the way, I really enjoyed the movie Trouble With The Curve.

    I felt that Ryan was looking out for Britney at the iHeartRadio music festival, when he brought her out on stage to kick things off and that this helped her to come across as being more “natural” than she had seemed in her earlier public appearances when the word first came out about her being a judge on X Factor.   This sorta touches me as well as reassuring me that her involvement with X Factor may actually be of help to her in the bigger picture.

    To answer some questions.

    Yes, the rules for the Headlines thread are a little looser than other posts.  I encourage people to link to articles that may be of interest to readers here–even if they are a little off-topic.  It’s so hard to keep track of the alums in particular, that it’s nice to have a team of fans who keep us ALL up to date.

    Also, if a post is about a particular alum, it’s fine to go off-topic as long as the post continues to remain focused on that particular alum. However, I will delete comments such as “Oh nice cover by x, but my special snowflake sang it too…and much better btw!!!”  or any post that has the potential to begin a fan war or divert attention away from the subject of the post.

    I also don’t mind links to other blogs if the info is useful and/or not redundant. I do get a little irritated if I get an inkling that a poster is only hanging around in order to pimp their own sh*t, however.

    This Zayn situation makes the new song a little more interesting to hear…it looks like they want to live it up and “get some” now that they’re big stars, which would be fine I guess if Zayn didn’t have a girlfriend who seems to expect fidelity from him. Of course this situation could be misrepresented: maybe it’s not really him, or he and Perrie actually have an “understanding” but they just don’t discuss it because the public doesn’t tend to go for “open relationships”.

    Or, Zayn really is hooking up with groupies behind his girlfriend’s back. It’s probably pretty typical behavior of a guy with his fame and female following but if he wants to do that, he should just be single. It’s not like he needs to be attached for the sake of his image; if anything, his fans would probably appreciate it if he didn’t have any girlfriend, let alone another celebrity. But if Perrie is really “in love”, she might be willing to sweep this incident under the rug. Maybe he’ll try to be good going forward, but more likely he’ll just keep doing the same thing except for finding a different name for the groupies to give security.

    If Zayn is hooking up with groupies when he is supposed to be in a committed relationship, I would break off the relationship if I were his girlfriend. If they have an open relationship, that’s a different story.

    They are very young to be in a serious relationship anyway, but it shouldn’t be that difficult to stay away from groupies if he’s supposedly “in love” — most of these girls are likely only interested in hooking up with him because he’s famous, and want to brag about it to their friends. Also, if he’s going to hook up with random girls, he better make sure they aren’t underage, because there’s a sh*tstorm waiting to happen. And considering that fanbase, I’d say there is a very good chance that a lot of these groupies ARE underage.
