If he took it serious I would love to see Snoop.. Could do no worse than Tyler

She hasn’t toured with Aldean since April she is touring with Sugarland as the second opener doing a 45 min set. In between she is doing festivals with 60 to 90 min sets as well as radio promo shows at 60 to 90 min sets. So that is her update. I never said she was doing more then anyone else or talked more then anyone else only that she talked a lot.  As I have said this is a preventive rest I am sure even  Adam has had to do that on occasion. Lauren does have a vocal coach but to that people might say she needs a new one we could go round and round but I prefer to think this is a good thing and not make more of it then that.

I’m sure that “a scheduling conflict” is the standard euphemism to cover for poor ticket sales (among other problems that they don’t want to make public).

    Jordin is so pretty.

  • http://twitter.com/KariannHart Kariann Hart

Yes, Jordin is a very pretty young lady.  At the time, I thought she was a Latina.

I don’t thinbk Snoop would be that much of an improvement over Steven Tyler.  Every other day it’s a new name being thrown around.  Yawn…

Lauren always seems to have issues with her voice. Maybe it’s something in her technique that’s causing the problem.

yea to Casey James packing them in.have to say no to snoop judging on idol
anybody should be able to see problems with that

  • Axxxel

Yeah… I cannot imagine the life of a singer…I would not be able to talk less or drink olive oil just to improve my voice…

Then again, anything can happen for the sake of music…. e.g. Adam Lambert (American Idol runner up season 8) who seems to be not a sporty person at all, did regularly 20-30 minutes runs on treadmill or in other places to warm up or stay in good condition during his Glamnation tour…

  • Axxxel

Yeah… Better dissapoint the fans AFTER the shows than the fans DURING the show…

  • Axxxel

but maybe Ms Lambert’s vocal rest is planned in advance, so she does not need to cancel concerts…

I think it is ok to have vocal rest, but it is a different thing if you have already promissed to come on stage and sing, and people are buying tickets for your performance… and then it turns out that you cancel the show because there is something wrong with your voice… imagine the dissapointment of the fans.

  • Axxxel

I don’t think Adam Lambert has ever cancelled a concert, but sometimes he did not greet his fans after the concert because he wanted to spare his voice. He also did this during the Idol tour. Some people did not like that and expressed their dissaproval on the web but then again, Adam cannot please the whole world.

  • Axxxel

I am also only following Adam Lambert, am not really following Alaina, but she seems to be a nice girl with a great voice (and I hoped she would win in her American Idol run hehe) and I hope that she will be fine..

  • Axxxel

So many Glee video’s… First the box scene, then the bridesmaid scene and now this…I feel spoiled… and this after the succesful book tour of Chris Colfer (Kurt)… Congrats to Chris Colfer as well… he really shows me how to strike the iron when it is hot…

  • Axxxel

That picture of Heejun and Colton is so adorable !! Aawww… ( btw i am a Colton fan)..

When Kelly and The Fray played Hollywood Bowl the radio station, MYfm, had a cut-out Kelly for people to take pictures with. Seems the boys of The Fray took it with them. The Fray’s tour manager and Kelly’s makeup artist tweeted these pictures before their show tonight in New Mexico. I love the picture of the real Kelly with cut-out Kelly. HILARIOUS! Looks like everyone’s getting along and having fun on this tour.

Yes I agree that perhaps more vocal rest planned in advance might be a good thing for her it is  a learning process for sure.

  • windmills

Axxxel: but maybe Ms Lambert’s vocal rest is planned in advance, so she does not need to cancel concerts…

It wasn’t. Miranda had to reschedule 3 shows and cancel 2. Sources: The Boot and Keepin It Country.

UMM Jazz, Lauren hasn’t opened for Aldean in a while.  She’s opening for Sugarland, and her set is longer.  Also, she is doing a lot of festivals, etc, which are her own shows, and those are longer.  She’s also doing radio station shows.  Lots of shows.

Agree completely. Colton and Heejun look so relaxed, enjoying a break from a hectic
    schedule….

  • Axxxel

    Ouch…
