Reading the USA Today article and watching that behind-the-scenes video, I can't believe how long the days are for these guys when they each essentially have a 12-30 minute performance to put on. It's written fairly well and tells us some more about real life on the road for the Idols. It was too short, I wanted more! Lots of good stuff here today, especially about Mr Cook and his album. Gawd, I cannot WAIT til his album comes out! I absolutely adore Analog Heart and the Axium & Idol tunes I've got but I want MORE...more David...please. I am totally smitten by a man who can write music, EXPRESSIVE emotional music, play an instrument, AND SING. And how does he get across so so much in his voice? Tenderness, longing, heartache, joy, passion, simmering anger, love...in his voice, showing through that analog heart on his sleeve. OK I guess I've gone FANGIRL here!
