Non-AI fans or casual DC fans will just hear a nice voice and pleasant tune and not be disappointed by what could have been. I'm excited that Magic Rainbow is getting airplay because it will help smooth the way for what I hope will be dynamite songs from the album to be. I've been checking iTunes regularly the last few weeks and he hasn't moved below #50, in fact at one point last week he was at #43 the highest I remember in a couple of weeks. Just to round things out, he's still at #9 on HAC (Hot Adult Contemporary), but it looks to me as if he could move up to #8 at any minute. Maybe even to #7. He has dropped back to #36, on Pop 40, but he still has an "up" arrow. It's just that a lot of other songs are moving faster on that chart. That's a really tough list to crack, from the looks of it.
