Daughtry headlines Bay City concert to raise funds for Just for Kids Foundation – Chris Daughtry loves nothing better than playing his tunes for an appreciative audience. But when he can do that and raise money for a good cause, all the better. ‘Glee’ Stars Darren Criss, Jenna Ushkowitz Among Stars Attending Nigel Lythgoe’s Dizzy Feet ‘Dance’ Gala – “Glee” stars Darren Criss and Jenna Ushkowitz are joining Christina Applegate, Minnie Driver, Jenna Elfman, and Anna Kendrick at the third annual “Celebration of Dance” Gala on July 27, the Dizzy Feet Foundation and the Music Center announced on Wednesday. Applegate will present the DFF Inspiration Award to Chita Rivera, while “Pitch Perfect” star Kendrick will present Lionsgate’s president of production, Erik Feig, with the DFF Impact Award. – Read more at The Wrap

Danielle Bradbery Dishes on Her Love Life, Celebrity Crush in Recent Interview – If you’ve been wondering what Danielle Bradbery has been up to since winning ‘The Voice’ for Team Blake Shelton, you’re about to find out. Bradbery dished about her personal life and career in a recent radio interview. Bradbery took some time to chat with the Wakeup Crew at K102 out of Minnesota last week. Post-season, ‘Idol’ struggles to keep fans interested – So far, American Idol winner Candice Glover’s summer has not gone as planned. By this point, the 23-year-old singer from South Carolina was supposed to be playing arenas with her fellow contestants and signing copies of her newly released debut album. Instead, the tour starts Friday in the Seattle suburb of Kent, Wash., after 19 Entertainment announced in June that a quarter of the tour’s dates had been canceled. And the release of Glover’s Music Speaks, initially scheduled for this week, has been pushed to Oct. 8. – Read more at USA Today

‘American Idol’ Taylor Hicks is back in the spotlight – Is Taylor Hicks going to be on next year’s “American Idol” judges’ panel? He’s pleading the fifth right now, but he does have an opinion on who should next join the reality juggernaut: “I do think that a winner needs to judge,” he tells us. Time will tell whether or not said winner will be Hicks, but in the meantime, he’s staying busy. The Season 5 “American Idol” champ is readying himself for a 10-show stint at Bally’s Atlantic City, which kicks off tonight. ‘The Voice’ Season 5: Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green are back for ‘the best season ever’ – Last season of “The Voice” saw the introduction of two new celebrity judges, Usher and Shakira, but the original gang is getting back together for Season 5 (premiering this fall on Sept. 23). CeeLo Green and Christina Aguilera are returning as judges, and the whole cast agrees that it’s the best season yet. “I think we all had different reasons for either needing a season off or sticking around,” Aguilera tells Zap2it. “I’m glad these guys were down to hold the original roots of the show together. Is ‘The Voice’ Now ‘The Blake Shelton Show’? – The original “Voice” dream team of coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton spoke to the press on the show’s soundstage this week, in preparation for this fall’s Season 5. And while the return of Cee Lo and Xtina was cause for celebration, the subjects of Blake’s three-season winning streak and post-“Voice” fame could not be ignored. “He was like, ‘Welcome back to my show. It’s called The Blake Shelton Show. I’ve taken over. Did you know I won…wait.
