I thnk the soulful pop thng will work. And MichaelJ has charisma, and that's somethng you can't teach. What did Joni say, 'You don't know what you got till its gone,' and in reference to Michael I think he was the glue that held this group together. Every one performed a little better, knowing Michael was in their corner. Now that shoulder to lean on is gone and they all lesser for it.
