American Idol Elise Testone to hold unplugged concert at CCU – Coastal Carolina University just released on its Alumni Relations Facebook page that American Idol contestant Elise Testone will be performing with special guests Dec. 5 at Wheelwright Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for alumni, faculty & staff. This show is reserved seating, and tickets go on sale next Wednesday, Nov. 14. Sources tell TMZ … the female caller claimed Simon was bound and gagged in the bathroom of his Beverly Hills estate. We’re told cops responded in force but found nothing. The Roxy Club Responds To Adam Levine’s Bizarre ‘Voice’ Rant – One of the more awkward (and amusing) moments of this Monday’s episode of “The Voice” came when Adam Levine was critiquing contestant Cassadee Pope’s performance of a Michelle Branch song, and he used most of his airtime to quite harshly critique legendary Hollywood rock club the Roxy. “We used to open for Michelle Branch,” the Maroon 5 frontman grumbled, “and I remember we opened for her at the Roxy and they didn’t even give us a dressing room. I hate the Roxy. I’ll never play there again!” Anyhoo, the folks at the Roxy could have been angry about Adam’s bold statement, but in this any-publicity-is-good-publicity age, they decided to have a little fun with the situation instead, switching up their marquee immediately after Monday’s West Coast “Voice” broadcast:
