haha. Is Jive that crazy? A married man and a Disney princess? David A is a teen and the tour with Demi gained new fans of younger people. Now, his fans are all over the age groups.

I don’t think Jive will use the same strategies for Kris to gain new fans, but Allison will be following the way Jive has done for Jordin and DA. Plus, she will have a hard time to have her own headlining concert from the get-go like Jordin.

I don’t know. Seems to me that I see an awful lot of completely “odd couple” pairings for award-show presenters. A lot of the time it looks to me as if they just do it randomly.

I hope it’s random Starr. But Archie toured with DL iirc, and Archie’s with Jive and I’m probably reading waayyyyy too much into this. lol!

haha but anyways i came out here [to LA] this week to finish some recording. we recorded a couple of the big songs acoustic so we could have more to play with! its been fun! after this week i will officially be done recording for my album! no more recording till the next one!

i also had a few showcases with some movie companies while i was here. sharing the songs and talking about getting one in a movie or 2!

speaking of shows, you may have heard even though i havent officially announced but i’m planning on going on tour with matt hires in the beginning of next year! im so pumped to get out and play some real shows!

Funny, but I thought he had already finished his album and that they had only delayed it’s release. Nevertheless, I’m very glad to hear that things are looking up for Jason. I wish him every success.

BTW, apparently he and Anoop Desai had sushi together yesterday…

Jon Bon Jovi has some interesting thoughts about AI in a new interview:

So are today’s artists at a disadvantage? ‘You got a poor kid that wins ‘American Idol’ and then he’s expected to be on the same level or playing field as the Rolling Stones or U2 or Bon Jovi the next day. That’s not fair,’  Bon Jovi says. ‘We were allowed to have the third album be the one that was the breakthrough record. I don’t know if a kid these days is ever gonna break 100 million in album sales. I don’t think that’s ever gonna happen again.’ 

He also says that he has a lot of respect for people who come from Idol. Kind of a refreshing attitude.

Thanks for posting this and he is so right. There is a lot of pressure on these kids to be spectacular with an album that was put together overnight.
