Exclusive Video: Nikki Reed Jokes: I Spent Honeymoon With Breaking Dawn Costar!

“Jackson [Rathbone] was basically on my honeymoon,” Reed joked when she visited Us Weekly’s NYC offices Thursday. “[Paul and I] got married and then had to leave a few days later for the international tour.”

Luckily for Reed, McDonald, 27, accompanied her overseas. “I think the Twilight promo stuff can be a bit overwhelming at times, so I’m really lucky that Paul is so supportive,” she gushed. “It takes a special kind of personality to be able to go and do that with someone.”

A few thoughts on Danny Gokey’s exit from RCA Nashville

Chris Foran reported earlier on Milwaukee native Danny Gokey and RCA Nashville’s parting of ways.

My initial reaction? Not too surprised. It’s not that Gokey doesn’t deserve to be part of a record label that will support and promote his music. He does.

It is that Gokey never was – and really never should have been – a country singer.

‘X Factor’: The Great Rock And Roll Swindle

“In a perfect world/We’d all sing in tune/But this is reality/So give me some room.” – Billy Bragg.

You couldn’t call it unexpected, but when “rock week” came to The X Factor for two nights, it turns out only one of them actually knew what to do with a rock song. Rock weak was more like it.

“What’s the point of having a theme if you’re going to totally disregard it?” Simon Cowell snipped to L.A. Reid, who clearly dodged the rules by giving Chris Rene a reggae song, Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry,” to fit nicely in his comfort zone.

‘Glee’ Adele Mash-Up on Track for High Hot 100 Debut

A dele’s magic touch will help the “Glee” cast score its highest-charting hit this season, as its mash-up of her “Rumour Has It” and “Someone Like You” is set to storm next week’s Billboard Hot 100 and Digital Songs charts.

The single is shaping up, in fact, to be one of the Fox show’s top tracks overall dating to its May 19, 2009, premiere.

Industry sources suggest that the medley, released Tuesday (Nov. 15), could sell 160,000-180,000 downloads by the end of the current chart tracking week (Nov. 20).

“Teenage Dream” marks the “Glee” cast’s best sales frame, having arrived with 214,000 downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan, on the Digital Songs (No. 1) and Hot 100 (No. 8) charts dated Nov. 27, 2010.

Mark Ballas’ DWTS’ blog: Finals week!

The Finals of Season 13 of Dancing with the Stars is here! I have heard many fans compare this week of DWTS to the World Series, the NBA Finals, and even the Super Bowl. I might point out that many of these fans are of the female variety; however, as a professional dancer, I do like to think that the mirror ball trophy is just as prestigious as winning the commissioner’s trophy or a championship ring.
