Lots of people may like Ryan Adams’ music because they like his music, but that doesn’t change the fact that lots of people “like” his music because they think they’re supposed to. The two are not mutually exclusive. Heck, I like Joe Jackson because I like Joe Jackson.

One of the more endearing traits he exhibited on American Idol was the fact that he wore his hair slightly different for each performance. He managed to change his hair so that the style reflected the song he was performing in some way or the era from which the song was taken. He even managed to pay homage to Elvis Presley with the way he styled his hair for his performance of the great love ballad, ‘Love Me Tender’ . One could say that Archuleta keeps his hair at a perfect length for taking on many different styles with ease.

The writer is very observant. Usually hair stylists on Idol try to match hair styles and clothes with songs. He actually keeps his hair not too short and not too long. I know he doesn’t like it too short because when he gets a haircut too short, he would apologize on tweets. LOL.
The pictures on CoolMensHair.com are good ones. He has naturally nice dark thick hair (without dyeing), and personally, I love his spiked hair with lots of hairspray. haha.

I listened to the videos and was shocked by the deterioration in his voice. Surely this couldn’t be the same man who sang ‘Solitaire’ so masterfully?

Anyhew, Adam is working with Lady GaGa on a song. No idea if it’s for his upcoming stuff or hers or something entirely. Still he must be thrilled to work with someone he likes and admires so much. ETA: it’s a solo work for him and presumably for his new album. Hmmm. Well that’s cool I guess.
