My main problem with Idletard is that they/she was ruthless when dealing with people who probably had a hopeless crush on a celebrity. Not people like L Anne who hurt peeps. As far as claiming fans are overweight, is this front-page news? A majority of the people in this country and many others are overweight, even children…

Yeah, Kris was about a million miles away and those red gloves of Adam’s were…odd. I have seen much better pics of those two. Oh, well. As long as he isn’t doing the cover for Adam, and we’ve seen the cover art for Kris, then it’s not the worst thing in the world.

I am now a huge fan of Ryan Star, after seeing him last weekend, so that’s a bummer about his leaving the Tour, but he was only re-joinng it temporarily, right? Maybe he can do well as a solo artist with his band.

No great loss to my web surfing. I must have gone to that site a handful of times and only to look at the first page, or some link posted elsewhere to a particular item. I do like to go to VFTW every so often to counter the sugar shock, hyper-fanaticism I get from other sites. It helps me to put the fan/Idol world in perspective. Of course … taking a break from the internet altogether would probably be just as helpful.

VFTW is probably in mourning, but it does leave the field open for them a bit more.

I didn’t mind some of the poking fun that they did, but when it got to the point that perfectly innocent people just trying to go to shows had their pictures brought over there and were skewered just because they were overweight ‘“ that was wrong.

That’s how I felt. Making fun of OTT fan behavior is one thing, picking on people for whom you have no idea whether they are OTT or are just showing up at a concert the “wrong” age or weight (or possessing the “wrong” fashion sense… that’s something else altogether. That part felt icky to me.

I have to agree. I was hopng for so much more (HELLO, NEW SINGLE, HELLO, FOX!!!). Enough w/ the wife, geez. I mean I think it’s wonderful he did the concert (lol on the screaming girls), but the hair looked awful and he seemed to be tired (maybe just bored? ) God, more Kris interviews, please!

I did not know Idoltard ( I guess the name says it all), and am thankful I did not from what you are all saying, but I still despise VFTW, b/c it does NOT just make fun of the contestants but also their fans. I DO NOT go there anymore. If I need info, I go here or to Twitter (duh on me). I posted a few times there, and they were so snarky (and yes, Adam being gay HAS come ups many, many times). They make me sick.
