Alex hired Joey as his new touring bassist. However, Alex's tour won't be starting for a bit so Joey is doing some other side projects while he waits to go on tour with Alex. Alex posted a blog about this on his website and personally told me Joey is back with him for good. Also, to the person who said Alex is signed to a label now....that is not true. Alex is releasing his solo debut album under his own Indie label, AMB Records. You can visit my website and community for all the latest news on Alex at www.alexmaxband.com. And yes, he is going to be working with Kris Allen in a few weeks also.
