As the American Idol tour travels from city to city, there have been reports of Adam’s diva-like conduct. From our experience at the Vancouver media conference and during the meet-and-greet, Adam seemed to have fun, acted very professional and was sincere in every way. He even had some time to joke with Allison Iraheta, chat with the media and sign autographs. If that’s diva-like, then the music world should have more diva’s.

I think that it is pretty clear from his mom’s interview, there is no need to strip away anything – he is who he is. A good kid and that includes the glam and glitter.

Just wanted to say after seeing Adam’s uncut interview with Fox Utah, it struck me how when you strip away all the glam and glitter distractions what a good boy he really is that any parent would be proud of. I hope all the kids that look up to and copy him also get a little of that in how it’s important to be a kind, respectful, decent human being. Great role model and he’s in good company with the rest of the group. They’re a kick to watch going from obscurity to fame.

Conan was so wowed (literally) that I suspect he’ll be having her back after her album comes out.

I told him, you don’t need to label yourself to be creative. Instead, I got a canvas and got a neighbor to spell out the word in Cantonese, and I painted it for him and gave it to him for his 17th birthday. He still has it in his bedroom.

I think I am just a little bit in love with Adam’s mom. What a wonderful lesson to teach him, and a beautiful gift to give him. That just blew me away. And the part about him and Neil saying I love you, she raised incredible kids. She and Adam’s dad seem like the hit all the right notes with them.

i’m really glad brooke’s cd got a good review. she was my favourite female S7 contestant and i loved her voice and the fact that she was a genuinely nice person. anyone know how well the cd is doing on itunes and sales?
